Week 14: Patriots @ Bears

Never too early to start looking ahead to the next game.

This was the one game that got changed in Week 14, being moved back to 4:15pm EST on CBS.

Should be a great game. Hopefully we can get plenty of pressure on Cutler and force him to make some mistakes. Coming off a short week concerns me but if we play like we did tonight, we'll have a good shot of leaving Chicago with a victory.

The early weather forecast in Chicago is snow showers with a high of 24/low of 5. Also supposed to be very windy. Could make for a very interesting game.

I want snow. Without snow, there is no way the Bears win.

I'm not saying the Pats are bad in snow (as evidenced by their beating on Tenn last year), but snow can lead to wonky plays and those tend to be more luck based than talent/skill based.

Just reading up, if the Patriots went this game without a turnover, it would set an NFL record with 5 consecutive games without a turnover.

Right now, the Patriots have 9 turnovers in 12 games. The NFL record for fewest turnovers in a season is 13.

I fully expect a loss Sunday to the Pats. However I'd keep my eyes peeled for the Pats let down coming off a huge win like this. They are ripe for the upset after a performance like that when everyone is going to be all over they're jock this week.

The real Jay Cutler is bound to show up sooner or later. You'll see...

Actually, you better hope for no snow. Brady statistically plays near perfect in snow games. I cant remember Brady ever losing a snow game. If im correct, every snow game except the tuck rule game has been a blowout.
