Goalie BAP XP earning broken?

Hey all just wondered if you noticed the same thing as I have and if there were any known work arounds or fixes.

Basically playing goalie BAP I hardly ever earn any XP, even when I have a 90%+ save percentage and have made a decent amount of saves (around 20+). This is of course is a problem because you have "quotas" in the memorial cup games and the preseason to affect where and when you'll play in the NHL. Literally the last game I played I received 1,3,5 respectively for my XP earnings.

I have a sinking feeling that the only way you could actually get XP is by playing 20 min games to face more shots. Oh yeah and naturally getting a team play of A+ is impossible unless you go out of your way to play the puck even when it doesn't make sense.

This is a bummer as I really enjoying playing the goalie but after 3 years of BAP you'd think they would have improved it.

I may be wrong but I thought the BAP XP became broken with the patch. I have not heard of any fixes. It bummed me out because I was waiting for the patch and new rosters before starting my BAP and there doesn't seem to be a point in playing if I can't build XP and be promoted.

Wow that would make sense I guess. You notice this with the BAP skaters too? Seems like to fix one thing they have to break something else, must be related to the XP problem they had in BAGM.

Yes, with skaters too. You're tasked with getting a couple hundred of XP points in a game and after a winning game with A+ ratings and a hat trick you get maybe 50 total points.

I'm searching around the forums now to see if I find what's going on with it, whether it's an actual bug or not, and if there is a fix.

After scouring the forums I only saw one other poster with this issue and nobody else commented. Perhaps we're the only three guys that play the BAP mode.

There's absolutely something going on.

Played 2 games this week-end and won, even though I wasn't spectacular, I'm at .890 save percentage and 2.98 GAA.

I had 26% of the XP points and got blasted by my agent who said : "Count yourself lucky if drafted at all."

So, my guess is that there's something wrong with the XP points.

I play BAP as Goalie and Skater,and when I play as a Center,score basically all the goals in the round robin games and the mastercard cup championship, and earn over 150 XP every game (they only expect 50), but the game RIGHT BEFORE the Mastercard Cup, I earn my usual amount of XP,and never before,it says "Good job,that game is behind us,now we have to face *blah blah blah*. You earned *around 150 XP* that game

Then it says my total amount of XP,which is about 600-900 XP.
Now,this is the stupid part,the coach says

"That is 2% of what we expected from you.
You need to signifigantly increase your XP,Pronto." WTF.

Then I have the same problem with Goalie,2 goals = 1-4 XP in each category.
