Re: Fight Night Champion in 3D

Interesting, but is this accurate? Thought Move controls weren't in this game.

This article is full of **** I think.

This will be the first sports game put in to full 3D mode and while other sports games such as Football or Hockey will suffer from the tradition wide overhead camera views that diminish the 3D game play (except replays of course) Fight Night Champion is a first person view of the action, meaning punches coming in and are going to be significantly more realistic for the user. Combined with The Move, the PS3's motion capture tool, this could be an exciting experience.

Regardless of the title, it seems developers are taking note that the 3D TV phenomenon is not going away. While some critics challenged that the technology is too new to have a major impact, it could prove that video game systems such as the PlayStation3 push the new technology into the home faster and more effectively than it could have done on its own.

The bold I NEVER seen a option for first person fighting. Does not mean it won't be in there but I never saw this.
