Shooting on faceoff

Has anyone ever scored by shooting off the faceoff? If so, are there any tricks to getting your shot on goal. I'm sure they're rare, but whenever i try it flutters softly nowhere near the goalie

I've scored twice off of a face-off through 55 games in BAP. I always aim to the far post and towards the bottom. Once I scored cleanly but the other was a trickle through the goalie's pads.

I just put up beach balls that the goalie grabs easily.
That's playing with the Blues though, so i don't know what it might be like with a 92 center like Crosby.
Might not hurt.

Thanks for the tip, good to know that it's possible.

Re: Shooting on faceoff

I just did it the other day by pure luck. Faceoff to the right of the goalie, I simply put the shot on net, and it bounced off the goalie, over his shoulder, and into the net. I was surprised when it happened. I'm sure the club players I played against were pissed as all hell and were calling me a cheap player the whole time too.
