HERE IS THE FIX FOR YOUR FREEZING PROBLEMS!!!!

When you start up your game the first thing you need to do is sign out of your profile before the game starts loading files. Once you get to the versus screen you can then log back into your profile. Make sure you turn autosave OFF. Once you start your season, association, Jordan Challenge, My Player, etc you need to log out of your profile to avoid any freezing issues. Once you complete a game you can log back nto your profile and save and then immediately log back out of your profile before exiting your game.

I am assuming you are referring to the ps3? If so then you may have something there. I have had only one freeze since owning the game and I have auto sign-in turned off on my ps3. If you are correct then this would explain my lack of freezes.

I play on 360, but I imagine this works on both consoles.

We have to do all of that, each time we play a game in association? Or just to start?

What would work is if the gamer wasn't forced to come up with their own work arounds...This needs to be fixed ASAP!

It works for me. I've been doing it for the last week - before reading this post even - as I thought I was the only one having the problem and my xbox is a little ancient. I only sign out at start the game (before loading screen) initially though. Once I sign in, I stay signed in. Maybe I'm lucky but I've had no My Player freezing issues and the is the only mode I play. If I try and start the game without signing out, if freezes every time.
