Quick My Player Question

I've been experiencing some weird stuff during my player and I was just wondering if anyone else was noticing the same; I've search a few of the "my player" related threads, but I couldn't really find anything conclusive. So anyway, I've noticed a pattern of coaches being fired and hired quite frequently [it's about every 4 days or so].

I was wondering if anyone else has been noticing this same problem and if so, is it just limited to "my player" or does it effect Association Mode as well.
