Confused: What The *#&# Did I Buy

I'm not going to lie. I haven't been fully involved with NCAA Football for a few seasons now. I'm a dynasty player, and for a while now, I just didn't feel the need to step out and get NCAA. That changed with the demo this year. I held off and eventually took the plunge. First few days were great. I was enjoying my purchase and saw no issues.

Welp, with school and all..there will be times when you have to hit the books. All the sudden, I come back and there are patches and now this game does not play like what I thought I was purchasing at all.

Did I miss something? Or did these patches really screw the pooch?

Is there a setting that I'm not using?

Game is playing awesome. I have all the patches and game tunings.

If you don't like the patches...delete them. But they improved the incoming classes and in-season progression as well as off-season.

This game is a gem.

From everything I have read, patch #3 is the one that screwed the pooch.

yeah patch #3 really loosened up the D. Check the sliders forum. I use SECelite's AA sliders and they work very well for me....

That's for the advice guys..because when I first got it..I was loving it..
but all the sudden..
something just feels off.
gonna go try out some sliders tonight..

oh, and my biggest issue is qb pass accuracy...
when i first got the game...teams would actually run the ball..
now??
not so much..

yeah if you leave the sliders as is, QBs completion % is crazy high...I have the CPU accuracy at 10 now and it seems to be as close as you can get to real numbers. I tried at 5 and they just throw it in random places....

Look at the coaching tendencies thread in the sliders forum. This makes running CPU teams (IE. Oregon, Wisconsin, Auburn, etc) run the ball.
