EA,

I have been playing madden since forever and since its inception a player has had the option to change how the players are controlled. Not really sure why this was ever an issue to you guys but if at all possble please allow the option to control with the direction pad. PLEASE!! Other than that I for the most part has enjoyed Madden 11.

People still use the d-pad for something other than changing weapons?

yes! this is the only game i play and they seem to be ruining it with changes that do not need to be made. concentrate on glitches or other issues

All games have gone analog stick for movement. It's the future so you should start practicing now before a d-pad is fully taken away in the next gen systems
