NBA 2k11 patch #1

Anyone heard anything about a time frame on this patch's release?? Ive been looking around on the net and have seen nothing.

Been playing My Player since release. Im 20 games into it and havent experienced any of the freezing issues and hopefully wont until patch comes out.

Im on the PS3. The only things Ive encountered are:
-CPU teammates fouling out and staying in the game in My Player
-PS3 custom arena music glitch
-White socks turning black and vice versa.

Ive heard about two more things that worry besides My Player freezing and that is:
-Halftime show not working
-Draft Classes messing up trades in the future.

Just seeing if anyone knows anything yet??

I think there's a post in the bug thread about ronnie2k tweeting about a patch coming in about two weeks.

-I had problems with fouling out, the CPU in MJ challenge has fouled out but hes still in the game and committed his 7th foul.. WIERD!
-It is just me or anyone else observed that some dunk animation is slower?? It supposed to be quick dunk (its like in slow motion)
-Have black knee socks toO.
-Audio in after quarters are toO loud. . .
