Using Classic Bulls Teams In Association?

Whats up guys.. I know it's probably been said atleast 100 times already, so pardon my ignorance. In order to use say, the '95-'96 Bulls in my association, do I have to complete the Jordan Challenge? If not, what would I have to do in order to use any of the retro teams in an association?

Thanks for any help in clearing this up for me.

I think you would have to move all the players from the 95-96 team to the current bulls team and release all the current bulls players.

Re: Using Classic Bulls Teams In Association?

Completing the JC allows you to play create a legend. In that mode Jordan ages.

You can use any classic team or player in an association.

For players trade them to the team on which you'd like them to play, then start the association.

For teams trade players to the team you'd like to replace with the classic team members.

If you want to add a custom team trade FA's to the classic team of choice. Release players into FA. Create the team, populate it with the classic players you released into FA. Then start the association, set customize on, replace a team with your new team.

I think you can swap out any current team and plug in a historic or custom team in it's place.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

It's very EASY.

Go to association mode. Start a new one. Scroll down to custom league. Turn ON.

Then when you're customizing the league, go to the bulls, swap them out for the historic bulls team you want.

Voila.
