Bonus Hockey Ultimate Team ‘pucks’ to be used towards card pack purchases?

This is listed as the primary bonus for EA's Online Pass for NHL 11. Where/when/how do I receive these pucks? Conveniently there's nothing about it on EA's website or in the Online Pass registration email I received. Is this yet another EA sham?

I remember getting a free pack of cards but no pucks. Maybe they changed it.

I also got a free pack but hardly pucks to be used for a pack. The difference being that I could actually sell assets from a pack acquired w/ pucks. Also the manual tells me I can make a custom jersey on EA's website but that feature also seems to be MIA. Both of these things coupled with no jersey unlock code yet and no roster update yet make me feel a little stuck with NHL 11 at the moment. I can play HUT (without the bonus pucks of course) & EASHL (without a custom jersey) and that's about it. Can't really start be a GM yet. Is EA going to support this game at all? It's been out for over a month for cripes sake.

So the like constant weekly tuning of the game from devs aren't supporting the game? Lol, wow

The tuning is nice but hardly a major addition. There is no announcement for rosters yet, nor the jersey codes. A couple of additions/promos they have advertised have not come to fruition either. I just find EA to be quite withholding. I feel bad for anyone who bought it used and had to pay $10 for the Online Pass as it is really no different from their usual online fare (well except the price of course).

there are roster updates. You have to go online and start an online match and the roster update prompt will appear. The jersey code has absolutely nothing to do with EA and everything to do with when the NHL allows them to release them. The jerseys are already done and in the game. They are just locked.There have been promos that rolled through, from some free puck points or whatever they are called.

why overreact? Who's fault is it that you were ignorant about some of the things you complained about? Never said the game was perfect.
