Can you create plays and/or decide what formations u want to use for your playbook, or do u have to use whatever coach u have for the playbook?

Also is someone gonna post the draft classes like lotusfather did for madden?

You can't design your own plays but you can customise which four plays you assign to each player (including your bench) from the team playbooks.
