Sorry if it's been mentioned before (I searched for an answer before posting), but does anyone else have a slight pause after they score a goal? My game freezes, except for the crowd noise, from anywhere from 1 second to long enough to turn on my laptop. It unfreezes and then the announcer goes into his "goal scored" commentary and the crowd reacts. It's very frustrating and I want to know if I'm alone in this.

ps: there is no custom sound to be played after a goal is scored, so this is not the root of the problem

unplugged my internet connection and the problem went away. Kinda sucks you have to disable internet to get this game to work right haha

Must just be a problem with your copy, no issues here.

I've had that problem but only if there's a custom goal sound involved. Otherwise its all good.

some people on the ea sports board had the same problem, so hopefully this thread can help someone in my same situation
