Pitch question

I want to add a slider to one of my pitchers. In the opinion of people here, who has the best slider in the game? I am asking so that I can emulate the rating for my pitcher.

Thank you.

Re: Pitch question

K-Rod (Francisco Rodriguez) has a nasty breaking ball in this game. I'm not sure if it's a true slider though. It may be a slurve. I'll have to check later.

Re: Pitch question

These are based off 'The Show 09'...

Smoltz was overall the best with 68 speed, 96 control and 93 break (257 total.)

I might take Liriano though with 65 speed, 83 control and 99 break (247)

Broxton & Qualls were rated higher than Liriano, but had less break/better control/similiar speed.

If you want a power slider Nathan was nasty with 76 speed, 73 control and 95 break (244).

Re: Pitch question

Brad Lidge...his fastball is a really great setup pitch to his slider. I would recommend having a good fastball in addition to a slider.
