Constant freezing

This is soo frustrating I tried to ignore when it happened the last two times. Im in the middle of whitesox franchise. Gm 13 of the season against the rays my gm freezes up at the pause menu during the 7th inning. I was switching in and out of my bullpen. I heard about this bug and the workaround. So ignored it and tried to play again a different night and same thing happend. I stopped playing. 1 month later I pick back up and im playing indians(simmed to last game) vs white sox. Last game of the season one game up on the sox leading in the division with 94 wins and the sox(93 wins). Game goes into extra inning in chicago(LAST GAME OF THE YEAR) I hit a two run home run with martinez to take the lead. Last chance for sox. I pull out perez he walks and gives up a run. I go to bullpen back to menu then FREEZE. This is happening everytime I play(the last 3 gms I played. Total game ruiner. Any suggestions guys!? I thought there was a patch for this....?

Re: Constant freezing

Never access the bullpen through the pause menu. D-Pad only. So far for me, no freezes.

Re: Constant freezing

watching alot of replays have anything to do with this? plus i thought pausing with the d-pad messed everything up. Personally i do both, im not really set on one of the other but when i heard about the freeze i've been doing start-menu-buill pen instead of dpad-bullpen.

Re: Constant freezing

That's your problem. NEVER EVER access your bullpen from the pause menu. Seriously. NEVER!

Re: Constant freezing

Re: Constant freezing

No, not true.

The patch fixed The Trop freeze issue.

This thread has posts up thru July. AFTER the final patch.

D-Pad only. Remember that if you see freezes.

Re: Constant freezing

BTW, I always warm up my relievers from cold. Ignore that workaround if you read thru the thread I linked.
