Is it possible in a legacy to CPU takes care recruiting ?

Yea but I think you still need to manually offer the scholarships.

I remember in 2k5 or 6 I was CHSO and was recuiting a Local 3* all year at the end of the season he signed with East Carolina. I never finished the season I was so upset.
