Hard to trade players

So what have you guys gotten for hard to trade players in be a gm? Just kinda curious to find out.

Couple names I can think of

Cristobal Huet
Wade Redden
Nicolai Khabibulin

or any others you care to name.

I got a 6th rounder for Khabibulin and was ecstatic as I was pretty set on going young at the goalie position.

I got a pack of chips for Redden.

And everyone else says the CPU has no trade logic, no team in the NHL would agree to trade for any of those players.

I got a 6th rounder from the Leafs for Khabibulin...

Edit: wait, that's realistic.

I wouldn't say that's too bad.
I would gladly give up a 6th round pick for a goalie like Khabi, especially if i didn't have a decent goalie, or a back up.
Maybe i should try offering that trade!

You might get a better deal out of a free agent, and this coming from a Lightning fan who appreciates what the 'Bulin Wall did for us in 2004.

The CPU offered Brad Richards for Souray straight up. Bad deal for Dallas
