New feature suggestion

if we ever get an NFL Head Coach 12, or 13, I wonder what a create-a-rookie feature would look like. Like Say you are able to choose his name, age, School, and customize 5 ratings to your likings... Would anyone use this? Like maybe you could make a max of 5 rookies per season?

I'd prefer an editable roster before create-a-rookie. Some of the players on here are just too good. Maybe even add a create-a-player.
