***Version 3.1***

3.1 Notes:

Well after another week of testing to make the CPU Acc at 10 work, I've finally settled on something
QBs should sustain drives much better now for both Human and Cpu...and the running game can be tough to stop if you don't make a concentrated effort to.

I dropped the CPU tackling another notch to cut down on the suction that hampers the spread option running game , but they should still provide a good challenge for pro style as well...

Just don't raise the RBAs above 45...or else it will get too easy

General Release Notes:

Well the fine tuning took a little longer then I thought, but I think I accomplished the goals I had for these after patch #3

With these I wanted the speed and strength of the teams to come out a bit more....Now you'll be punished more if you lose the chess match and call the wrong plays.......of course stronger programs with better talent can still ease the pain in those situations.....

All my slider philosophies carry over to these...I just had to fine tune them to the new patch

*I really don't like the psychic DBs.....and feel the difficulty in the passing game should come from the pass rush.

I want plays like that to be a viable option for teams that have the qbs to do it

Special Teams:

Kickers will miss too many PATs if you drop the acc below 45...I zero'd out the Power because it was just getting ridiculous with the 55+ yard makes by the cpu....but they can still make some long ones.....the FG power slider isn't that strong

I wanted to take a chunk of "cheese" out of the Heisman level that so many complain about......because anything less then Heisman is just too easy for me.....Thats what I was shooting for with these, a more realistic and challenging level between Heisman and All-American

Like any sets though they won't be perfect for everybody...but I think these do provide a very good base for anyone looking for the same level I was.

House Rules:

Only play by one or two house rule, and thats "No Run Commit"

and the other is I try and do FG Return on the idiotic AI taking really long FGs, I just think of it as a punt return

Not too many things can pull me away from my Football gaming, but Halo is one of them

as of right now these suck pretty bad...extreme robo qb on the cpu side and passing on human is a joke.

Game Impressions:

This one wasn't very close....my D was stifling pretty much all game....The Red Raider receivers didn't like my press coverage at all....and that made it hell for Potts as I was able to get good pressure with just 4 men....Most of techs yards came in garbage time in the 4th qrt when I was up 28-0

Gilbert manged the game beautifully....no need for him when my hogs were whipping their D-line....and Malcolm Williams showed off his speed on a Wr end around for a 53 yard TD run

Rushing 38-251-3tds (1 big 53 yard run)
Passing 12 of 22 for 175 two ints

UNC
Rushing 29 attempts for 25 yards (starter had 24 attempts for 16 yards)
Passing 19-27 for 332 (1 83 yard pass, completely on me) 1 int

Other than the rushing for UNC i thought they played great. I don't know if thats a fluke or not.

The qbs really stunk it up in this one.....Should have really lost this one, Lattimore was gashing me early on...but the South Carolina's FG kicker shanked two field goals that would have give them the edge in this defensive battle
