No online access

Hi, I'm having a problem getting online in NCAA Football 11.

I used the trial and there where no problems at all, but when I try to use my code for online acces, it tells me that the code is either wrong or already used (my friend and I both have the same problem, with two brand new copies...).
If I try to buy online acces it says:

Download ERROR:Item not found.
No content is avaliable for purchase at this time. Please check back later for new content updates.

Have anyone tried or hear about something like this before?
