Whats the best team to start a dynasty with?

I'm not sure if this had been posted, but I was wondering what teams you selected to use in dynasty mode.
I want to find a team that's up and coming, but not a cupcake nor a team like Bama.

Any suggestions?

Id consider Minnesota or Colorado. Each presents a challenge and also, I like teams that play games in snow. I also like both stadiums (especially Colorados).

I started one with Colorado just for fun and I'm digging it. Three-star program, nice uniforms (I like them a lot), nice stadium, decent recruiting base and solid conference. They are pretty fun.

Eastern Michigan. A real-life sleeping giant that's being held back by a buffoon of a head coach.

i always enjoy Maryland... 3-star, 3-4 defense, nice uniforms, decent sized stadium, and definitely a challenge.

USF is always fun. 3 star, but down in Florida so its got a great recruiting base.

Baylor is fun; 3-star but with a good qb to start, lots of rivals to challenge you (Texas, Texas A&M, Texas Tech...), and a great place to recruit. I like the green and gold, too.

Georgia is a great team to start with. Yes they are a higher caliber team than the ones others have posted but they start outside the top 25 and have alot of young talent on the roster to build around. Then you have to knock off Florida and most likely Bama (SEC championship) if you are going to get to the BCS bowls or BCS championship.
