SIG Pump Fakes

So from all of the gameplay vids seen so far, I've saw the same pump fake animation for all of them.
It's probably too late for 2K to add in sig pump fakes this year, but perhaps a little something for 2K12 :P

SIG PUMPFAKES(not those robotic shot animation based ones 2K10 and before)

Post players should have a different pump fake than perimeter players, and marquee players like Kobe should thei own distinct pump fake animation as well (Exagerrated headfake and arm swinging).
I don't want to see Shawn Marion and Ray Ray have the same pump fake, get what I'm saying?

I know they have the MJ one handed pump fake this year, which they also had pre-2K7, but with all the other ones 2K will feel very authentic.

This will be a nice addition for future iterations. But hopefully (*crosses fingers*), we have only seen so little, that they have sig pumpfakes at least hard-coded to specific players.

I don't really understand why they need sig pump fakes. I mean, 90 percent of nba pumpfakes in the NBA are the same with an exception of Kobe Bryant, Shawn Marion, Josh Childress and Kevin Martin.

Alot of players already do have unique pump fakes in the game based on the wind up of their shot.. Marion's and Kevin Martin's already are different in the game.

Wrong. In the Gamescom videos you can see that everybody, including Marion, has the same pumpfake.

Yup, i think if there a problem with that its some players pump fake windows are incredibly small compared to their release timing.

With those helluva quick release players, I sometimes have problems pump faking when i mean to shoot and vice-versa.

Like you said, 'signature' pump fakes are already in the game.
Some players do put alot more into their fakes though. It's be a nice bonus to see that captured in b-ball games. Especially for those quick shooters.
