I used these formulas to create draft prospects in NBA 2K10.
Off reb: 1.9(OReb/36 min) +8
Def Reb: (DReb/36 min) +11
Shot Tendency: 5.4(FGA/36 min)
3pt rating: 2(3p%)
Vertical: 2(Max Vert)(+9)
Speed: 100 - 10(3/4 court sprint time - 3.05)
Commit Fouls: (19.5)(PF/36 min)
Draw Fouls: (10)(FTA/36 min)

I usually find who leads the stat and then go down from there.

You're gonna hafta watch the player play for alot of the ratings tho.
