Any one else ready for some football?

So the season starts today, very excited about this season looks like we could have a few Cinderellas this year that could crash the BCS party(TCU, Bosie) The game tonight im most interested in Utah and Pitt, i think it'll be a dog fight. Im also ready for my deacs to take the field after a dissapointing 5-7 last year as well.

So hows your team look this year? what games are you looking forward to this week etc?

I am, however for what ever reason, and call me crazy, my plan tonight is to be watching the Chiefs final preseason game.

I'll be switching between the Southern Miss game on ESPN and the final Saints preseason game on the local New Orleans station.

Hell yes I'm ready. I've got my DVR cocked/locked/and ready to rock. The trouble is, sadly enough, that once real football season begins....my gaming grinds down to almost a screeching halt.

I will tune into So Miss - So Carolina for an hour or so just to get used to watching meaningfull football for the first time since February. Then at 8:30, switch to Versus for Pitt @ Utah and then maybe watch some of USC-Hawaii....gotta admit, I'm curious as to how USC does this year w/ Lane Kiffin. Crappy game tomorrow night, but Saturday (especially at night) will be loaded with good stuff and of course, SMU-Tech on Sunday (3:30 eastern, ESPN)!

Confused much?

Last nights game between utah and pitt did not disappoint at all, my demon deacons are going the right way starting with a victory over the Presbyterian blue hose, which went 0-11 last year.. but hey ill take the W haha.

Saturday has some pretty good games, Oregon state and tcu looks like its going to be a good one, OSU needs to win this game to be a force in the pac-10, as well this one would be big for tcu as well as there NC hopes.

LSU and N Carolina looks like it could be lopsided, taking into fact that Carolina may not dress out 16 players and possibly down to 3rd and 4th string RB.

Monday looks to be the best yet, Bosie vs VT.

As far as upsets go look for Purdue over ND (going out on a limb i know)
and Uconn over Michigan in the big house.
One more, Richmond over Virginia.
