Should EA Bring back Sim and Arcade Option?

this would satisfy everyone. The old school Madden had a Sim and Arcade option back in the day.

It seems Madden thinks some of its fans want alot of big plays, while hardcore fans wants something more realistic.

maybe they can appease both and give us the option. Or make the ALL Madden Level represent SIm, instead of ratings boost for all players across the board.

Agree, but a sim style would be useless unless they have seperate leaderboards b/c we already have sliders.

You can create this yourself. Just set up two separate profiles and depending on your mood you can choose between the two. This works for offline only.

It's called sliders.

With sliders I can get an extremely realistic result.

I know some of you think sliders get you everything you want as far as a sim experience. But I think you're missing the OP's point.

If there were two different game modes, it would then allow EA to implement two wildly different AI & physics systems along with distinct slider settings that apply to each AI system.

If EA went down this road and really did a robust implementation for both modes, I think it could be THE best feature ever seen in madden.

Madden 2000 had this feature. Even had a different announcer for the arcade version. I think it was the ea sports its in the game guy. Any tighter coverage and they would be sharing the same jersey lmao. Good times.
