There's a HUGE issue with the Broncos playbook that needs to be fixed ASAP

Okay, I'm sure you all know there's a formation that subs in the 3rd string QB (AKA Tebow in the default rosters) in the wildcat formation.

Now I'm in Year 3 of my franchise and I just played the Broncos and they're only carrying Orton and Tebow on their roster.

Because they don't have a 3rd string QB, the game subbed their punter into the game in that formation.

Which really wasn't cool.

No offense, but there are far bigger problems in Madden than the Broncos playbook that need to be addressed.

Sounds to me like the Broncos playbook is a symptom of a bigger issue that should be addressed.

Broken playbooks due to poor CPU roster management could turn into a major problem for anyone playing franchise mode.

yeah, this was pretty poor design. they probably need to add a different package to bring him on or something.

also, using ur 3rd string QB would be a violation... but then again this has been an issue for years (having 53 or 55 players active instead of 45 + emergency QB).

It's just bad programming most likely because of time. It should just select the QB with the highest speed rating but if your up against a deadline you might just make it the 3rd QB because it's easier.

Going to go ahead and close this one up.

It's not a huge issue because as mentioned it is the result of several other larger problems (it in and of itself isn't really a problem).

If you feel that strongly about it I encourage you to include it in the bugs and glitches thread.
