How to simulate individual quarters in a game?

I can't seem to find the option to be able to sim games through quarters, where I can watch my team's progress and jump in if I wanted. Where do I find it? For association, of course.

I don't think it's in the game.

It is though, I remember doing it before. I took it out because it made simulating games slow. Now I don't know how to put it back.

As far as I know, having played 2k10 association quite often, it's not in. Maybe you're thinking of the My Player mode, where you can simulate games faster while you're on the bench?

No, I'm not talking about in-game simulating, I remember being able to simulate through the calender and a menu would pop up where you watch the quarters get simmed, and you could jump in at any time through the quarter. Maybe it was in season mode, not association. I remember a feature of this sort being in the game.

Wrong game. That's Live 10.

I think that feature was in a few MLB 2k games, but I know for a fact that it is not an NBA 2k feature.

I think you are talking about Hoopcast?

Before you start a game it should give you the option to play the game, simulate the game, or simulate the game with Hoopcast. I don't remember you being able to jump into the game though.
