Man Coverage Blitzes

Are there are man-coverage blitzes (preferably in Nickel and Dime) that one blitz one guy? In Dime (normal Dime), there are 3 blitzes - one sends the 2 CBs, and the other 2 send 3 extra guys, leaving one receiver uncovered. Nickel has one that sends the 2 LBs.

I was looking for play that sends 1 extra player, and has man coverage with a deep safety.

NOTE: I use the 4-3 defense playbook.

I haven't seen a lot, if any. I usually manually blitz a guy (typically the MLB) or hot route him on a blitz and play the safety.

the dime 3-2-6 formation has a cover 2 blitz (2 safeties zoning Deep, 4 CB's and one LB in man coverage, one LB in an outside blitz).

Its a pretty good play if you have a fast LB and can time the snap correctly. The only issue is the RB's generally pick it up pretty well if they are left in to block.

These aren't nickle, but the 4-3 pb's base formations have some plays like that. I know there's at least 1 in normal, 1 in under (or over, whichever is on the bottom) and another 1 in that formation where there's a cover 2 behind it and they leave 1 of the backs uncovered.

I too like to pick a guy to blitz based on how they come out. If I'm in a cover 2 at times I'll show blitz and hot route the SS to blitz while using the FS.

It's awesome to see it work!
