Pocket Scout player ratings development request

Hey guys I got a request from a guy on the boards about possibly adding a player attribute calculator type app to the free Pocket Scout PC app.

I have seen some nice equation work done in this forum and was wondering if any of you guys would like to contribute.

Basically what we are looking to do is have a set of algorithms that we can put into the app and from there people can use it to quickly and accurately change players real life stats and attributes into in game attributes for rosters and teambuilder.

If we can round up enough algorithms to make most positions we would love to add this to the app.

So is anyone interested in helping with this?

Being blunt, I'm not sure how my equation works into your app, but I have a thread with my formula for rating QB's based on stats.

Recently, I've simplified it, but I may have to revert to my previous system.

I'd be very interested if your app could use it.

The app doesn't change player ratings. I am just looking for equation sets like yours to put in an easy to use calculator form. That way people who are building fcs teams in teambuilder or doing rosters can just the players stats in and then it will tell them what the speed rating acc thp tha etc should be.

The idea for equations like you are doing is what I'm interested in adding to it. There was another for speed acc adjustments. Basically things like this that can help people translate real world skills and attributes into in game attributes.

I have a question that might sound ungrateful, but I hope you don't take it that way at all.

Why aren't you making an app like the one you did for recruits? One that could allow edits on players from a computer?

Again, not to sound ungrateful, I'm just curious.

We are unable to get the data back into the game without it crashing. For now the Pocket Scout app is a recruiting aid that you can view all the recruits attributes and what they are rated at every position, but not an editor.

We have spent countless hours trying many different ways to get it to work and have enlisted the help from some of the more skilled people in the modding community and we are still unable to get the data back in. If we ever get around that we basically have the editor built but it's worthless until we can get the game to recognize it.
