Ive played over 50 ranked matches so far and i seen proably 5 people with green gamertags when choosing teams. Howd they get it?

Same question here. Just played one for the first time today. He wasn't that good so I don't think skill has anything to do with it..

Either Rank, or someone important. That's my only thinking right now. I never run into someone with a colored name before.
