Hello OS community. Some of you may recognize me from the NCAA forums. I created a slider set there for NCAA 11. The link to them is in my signature if you're interested in them. They got pretty good reviews and were used in the OS Legends Online Dynasty(don't know if they still are being used).

With sliders, I always go into practice and break each thing down. I start off with working on apss coverage. I turn CPU pass rush down to 0 and just focus on how well the corners cover my WRs. I do that over and over until I feel they are covering in as realistic a manner as I can get them to. Then after that I work on the pass rush trying to average 3 to 4 seconds in the pocket with the Redskins line because they are not the greatest line ever and that is a good realistic amount of time in my mind for our offensive line vs our nickel front 4.

Then after that I work on the run game, then I switch and work on my pass defense, their pass offense and then the run game. This way I can get everything to work how I want it to. This makes for a good base set in my opinion.

Once I get that good base I come on ehre and post my set and then through playing more and more games and geting feedback I tweak the sliders until we get a version that needs only minor tweaks from person to person.

Once you get the sliders put in I would recommend making gameplans for every team. It doesn't take too long to do a team. All you need to do is go through the offensive gameplan and replace all the 4 Verticals plays with plays that are actually successful like crossing routes, out routes, curls, etc. Then when you finish the offensive gameplan for a team you need to do the defensive gameplan. For it you need to remove zone engage eights, cornerback blitzes, and the zone blitzes that hardly work. Replace these with base plays and maybe blitz plays that work. I replaced my defensive plays with cover 2, cover 2 press, ROLB blitz, cover 2, etc.

Just make sure you replace them with plays that should have some success. This enhances the gameplay experience and cuts down big plays drastically.

Just played a game in my franchise. Started out with the V1.1 tweaks, but ended the game with v1.2 I improved the CPU's pass protection and run game and lowered the human pass coverage a little bit.

Schuab started off passing bad. Part of it was because I had human pass reaction a little too high and part of it was because I double teamed Andre Johnson every play while rushing Orakpo every play too. Once I lowered human pass coverage Schuab looked a little better, then they started to double team Orakpo and thats when his passing game started clicking and he got the TD pass and started hitting WRs downfield.

I'll have a V1.2 up in a minute or two. It will address what I feel was off in this game.

Game was very dominant in my favor. I expected an easy game passing wise and thats what I got. I'm about to play another game and post the stats from it and see what needs tweaking from there. Feedback is welcome and would be very helpful to me.

V1.21 is now up. I tweaked the human pass rush, pass coverage, run reaction, and pass accuracy, all went down. I also tweaked the CPU pass accuracy, run blocking, and catching all for the better.

I also added Special Teams sliders and upped most penalties.

I just defeated the Eagles 16-10 in my franchise to improve to 4-0. Three of those games have been played with my sliders. I'm trying to make them play out realistically and be a challenge and a 16-10 victory is certainly that, but I still haven't lost yet. That may just be because I haven't played anyone with a higher OVR than me yet. I don't know. The Redskins are so different this year I don't know what to expect. But I am happy with my sliders right now, but I still know I need to make some tweaks. They aren't there yet, but I feel they're close.

Just played the Packers. This game was played with the latest set, V1.31. This game felt a lot better than the others. With the tweaks I made I could definitely feel the strengths of each team. Aaron Rodgers looked great. My offensive line struggled like they should, but my defensive line with Orakpo blitzing brought pressure.

I only tried the skill sliders, everything else default.
Pros:
u really have to work for your offense
able to pressure the CPU qb
tackling is better
CPU attacks well

cons:
high score 34-31 ravens vs vikes, 5 min qtr
to many deep middle plays
very very few jukes or broken tackles.
Overall nice sliders. I'm gonna play somemore an test them further.
