On the PS3 when you are at the formation selection screen, you can use the right stick to cycle through some predeterimined personnel packages, it is sluggish as hell and many times doesn't even register that I pressed the right stick at all. Is this a PS3 only thing or does the 360 have the same problem? Also all the menu navigations are painful on the PS3 as well. Trying to sub a player in the depth chart during an actually game is slow, unresponsive, and frustrating. Is the 360 version better in this regard?

I'm with you on this but I feel all the menus are slow and unrespo si e but the formation subs are the most ftustrating it's like the disc is lagging this also makes recruiting more frustrating because of the load time from menu to menu I'm on ps3 as well though

I recruit on the website. It may not be optimal but overall I think it's easier to use than doing it on the console.

Yeah i hate when this happens i try to sub in backup hb and im flickin my right stick and nothing happens, i've gotten pissed a couple times and taken some delay of game calls

and i'm still just flicking my right stick lol!

I was wondering about that as well. Takes away some of the fun of the game with all the lag.

It's not so bad for the formation subs on 360 that I remember, but there is definitely lag throughout menus. Been an issue forever in NCAA, shouldn't be that hard to make that work I wouldn't think, just gets really annoying.

It isn't too bad on the 360 in the formation subs menu. But the edit player/equipment menu lags BIG time on the 360. I hate when my recruits have ugly equipment b/c it forces me to enter the lag zone.

It's sluggish, but I don't think it's as bad as NCAA10 was.
