gamestop 20000 madden coins

sorry if someone has mentioned this already, but when & why i pre-ordered madden 11 for 360 i was told i would be getting 20000 free madden coins... so anyways i started the game up & typed in the 16 digits it told me were on the back of the booklet.. not knowing i had to type in my gamestop digits instead... so i erased my madden11 on the hard drive & tried again & it already had the code & skipped passed it. so does anyone know if i can redeem my gamestop points or are they gone forever bc i didnt know that i had to enter this prior to the game starting up. anyone else have this problem..? & is there anyway for me to get these coins back? cause i never pre-order but i did bc the guy working there told me about the coins... he just didnt tell me i needed to start the game up w/ them...

go to madden main menu, then xbox live section, scroll all the way to the right to redeem codes, then type in your code. hope it helps you cuz i had the same problem and did that.

Is the code on the receipt?

the coins code is on the receipt...not the booklet.
the code on the booklet is your online pass so you can access everything on XBL/psn

yea i cant get my coins
my recipt print the code kinda smuge and i cant read the code would love it but not a big deals just coins been nice but ill have live without the coins

Just call Gamestop and tell them that the code on the reciept is coming up invalid. I had this issue with a few games when they moved to having the codes on the reciept and the manager at my Gamestop gave me two new codes for the trouble.
