Did he say this last night before the game, or after he and his team got it handed to them?

Kind of funny he says that though when players like Rolen and Edmonds used to play for the Cardinals. I wonder how they reacted to this.

No problem with this at all.

Every player should hate the other team, especially if that team has controlled your division for years and is the team you need to topple. Hate them and beat them. Phillips has the right idea.

He said it before the game..then he hung a 0-5 spot on the game..You can't talk junk in Baseball like you can in other sports.
