Is it possible to set online dynasties where games can't be simulated?

I'm the commissioner of 2 online dynasties (SEC and Big East). I like an even playing field where all the players in the dynasty have to earn and work for what they get. When I start a dynasty, I ask that all the members play all of their non-conference games against the computer instead of being simulated for an easy win. I have a feeling some players may still simulate their games when they see they can't defeat the computer. Is there a way to set up this option when you first start a dynasty? If not, I think it would be a great option and feature for 2012.
