Hold down right trigger(R2) and down on the right stick as soon as the receiver catches the ball. problem solved.

I know the controls >_< and you can't do that in mid flight or right away (you have to complete the catch animation.)

All the dropped passes in that video are from direct contact as the receiver is touching the ball he is getting hit, and they are all legit drops, not a problem with the game.

Can't you tell the difference between contact causing a drop VS a bug in the game?
