NBA 2k10 Patch for Xbox 360?

I ordered and played 2K10 the first time yesterday, the Game looks good so far, but i was a bit surprised about the many horrible Slow Downs! I googled to get a Patch but i only can find one for PC. Can anyone help me to figure it out?! Thanx!!!

im not sure how it works on xbox, but on ps3, if you connect your console to the internet then start the game, it'll download the patch automatically (i dont think you can get console patches with the way you've been trying...at least not officially). do you have xbox live?

Exactly the way how it works on X360.

If it's still a lil bit too slow, install the game on your hd, helps some more..

Ok, i found a link..it´s exactly as you guys said. Now i must try to connect my Xbox to Xbox Live. Thanx again!
BTW. I installed the Game on HD, it looks a lil bit better.
