I'm in canada and I wanna know if I preorder NHL from USA(like gamestop.com) would it be shipped to my house on the same day as everyone else(meaning i get it on the release date) and how much will I be paying?

In USA the game is $60, in canada the game is $70.

Convert USA game to canadian price and it's about $62 so will I be paying $62 if I order it from USA?
