BOXERS DOCS FOR FNC REVISED (MUST DL)

Here is a list of docs that the Wishlist Mafia created. Must support this thread. These are the 1's I've finished so far. These docs are designed to be a representation of each boxers career as a full. Please feel free to check out the work we've put in. I felt that FNR4 was not a true reprentation of the boxers A.I.'s or boxer styles. And they had the nerve to claim that FNR4 to be a sim boxing game, well I believe that FNR4 was not sim at all.

So Please EA. Tighten up on FNC to get the game to be as sim as possible. And please get the boxers styles done right this time around.

DL'd Ali to see what this is about. I like your enthusiasm but I think you are going way overboard spending time putting together files 6 different ring attires. Most of the statistical info is readily available on boxrec.com, pretty sure the devs know about the site...

Wow, I'm shocked. I can't believe you don't support this. This is a sports videogame site and out of every forum on the internet. I wouldn't think you would not support realism and depth!

It's not that I don't support it, it's just that a lot of the work he did just seems unnecessary, no one cares what kind of gear someone wears while they are training or needs pictures of 6 different ring attires, 2 or 3 at the most is more than sufficient.

He compiled a ton of statistics, but not many of them will help the devs nor players create better likenesses of boxers, as stats can be misleading. For example take Vitali Klitschko, has the highest ko% in the history of heavyweight boxing, if you are just looking at stats you might overrate his power (which they did in FNR4, his right hand is 96 or 97?). The only true way to nail boxer styles and A.I. is to watch tape. Anyone who's watched Vitali fight his handful of fights were the competition could be considered decent knows that he wears fighters out with his jab and fights a methodical fight.

Again, dude can do whatever he wants, if it helps the cause I will support it. I just look at his work, and it looks like it's pretty time consuming, and I don't know if it gets us any closer to our goal. Now if someone downloaded and hosted clips with examples of a fighter's styles and ring behavior it might do more good than compiling a ton of useless biographical data, that can be found with 3 mouse clicks on BoxRec
