G.I. joe here we come. Honestly though if it out there for public to know about then they have perfected it already. they just letting us know now means don't be surprised to hear they use it in a couple of years.

one thing bout the government they are always steps ahead of what we know. I remember i was 18 working as an office clerk in a navy base. and one of our trainings were scanning and burning the info to cd. that was in 1995 i still have my certificate saying i am certified to do it.

I remember 15 years ago they used a laser to shoot down a missile....now they shooting down drones........10 years from now, they will use a laser to shoot down birds......20 years......flies.

Targets going to get smaller and smaller.
