Just curious what people think is the best all around game. I really liked ncaa 06.

Agreed. Even though people are complaining nonstop about some pretty miniscule things about 11, this year's game is by far the best next-gen version.

don't get me wrong...i like 11 also, just wish they included all the things from previous years like Black Colleges, sub-division schools, more edit options for players (eye-black & stuff like that).

PS3 / 360 - NCAA 11 (Despite the bugs it's fun and addictive.)

PS2 - NCAA 06 (I still play it. In a UGA dynasty as we speak.)

PS1 / Playstation - NCAA 99 (I still own it. It was the only game I played at one point in my original PS days.)

11, 06, and 05 are my favorites. Can someone explain to me what was broken in 05? I know that a ton of people on here hate it but I never had any problems with it, and in fact it was the NCAA I had the most fun with ever. But ever time it's mentioned on here I just see people talk about how awful it was.

The only problem I ever had with 05 which actually made me break it in anger was that it froze constantly in the middle of my gameplay. I even went back to GS and got a new replacement and it still froze especially on my CAS teams running out onto the field. It wasn't the PS2 either because 04 and 06 afterward worked with no issues. Also on mine at least the colors and animation bled, for lack of a better word, and looked saturated on the TV. No other version of the game looked that awful.
