I was looking in the search option for an answer but couldn't find one.

Since there is no salary cap does that mean there will be no budget in Madden and basically allow us to spend ridiculous amounts of money to sign free agents in the offseason?

cap will still be an option as usuall. It might be defaultly off, however you can turn it on if you wish.

If I had to guess I would say it would be the same as every year in Madden's franchise, being that when you start I think you will be given the option to have a salary cap or not.

since they arent making any changes to franchise & that (for now) its likely to be temporary it will probably be the same as before.

You will have the option to turn it off before you start a franchise.
