1* Prestige recruiting tips?

Any tips from any people who have tried this on this years game? I'm about to start a dynasty with UL Lafayette and I don't want to screw things up too bad lol. I was looking and I have one 3* showing interested, about 10+ 2*, and the rest are 1*s. Very few 2*'s have me in their top 3 or 5 schools, only about 5 or 6 if I remember correctly. What would be some advice from the vets here? I'm really excited about the challenge though.

I started mine with Eastern Michigan Uni. They are the worst ranked team in the game

I tryed going for bigger recruits in year 1, I signed 3 players... One 3*, Two 1*

I figured in year 2, Just go after people who are interested... Smaller schools usually are horrible in almost every pitch except maybe Playing Time and Proximity, determined by area, After my first year I signed an extension and my stability went up to a "B" rating though

Just take your team and get people interested, and whatever is your highest rating person interested, I think thats the highest you should reach on uninterested prospects

Lol this should be very interesting... how high did the 1*s come in rated do you remember?

I would just go after 2 star guys that are interested in your school. Then with any leftover room on your recruiting board, go after 1 star guys from non pipeline states so you can try and build some new pipelines to bring in some talent. Being located in LA, you probably have Texas and Florida as pipelines which is a huge help, I would try and tap in to Georgia's resources as well. It will take patience, but 3 or 4 years in you will have a ton of talent interested in your program

Horribly, My second season was much the same, I just try to get over .500, since I was rated "D-" in everything all my non conference games were FCS teams, I won't lie

But my third season, I now have a 3* prestige... Started playing real teams, still the bottom feeders... I came in and followed those rules and signed the full 25 recruits with about eleven 3* guys, and fourteen 2* guys, only 3 guys started but it bought my ratings all up to "D"... ...

I also got many transfers after my second season, So next year my team is gonna be nice, Got a new RB, Practically a whole new O'Line and a new Secondary... I'm just waiting til next season, When hopefully I'll have a 4* prestige, and can actually start playing against real teams...

I just posted this in another topic, actually:

Go to your recruiting around week six and do a search for any players from pipeline states that haven't narrowed their lists to 8 or less yet. Then look for the players that haven't been given any scholarship offers yet. I set up my list to have a handful of these players and called them for 40 minutes. In that time I offered a scholarship and made three promises (playing time, no redshirt, winning record against rivals). It got me on almost everyone's list, and now I'm set to sign the three 3*s.

I have also set out to grab 4 1*s from Texas to make that a pipeline state to get the bonus from those recruits.

Thanks guys. Keep the suggestions coming. Yes I do believe I have FL and TX as pipelines, how many recruits do you have to get to add another state? I should tap in to GA thanks for the tip.

Patience is gonna be a virtue here but it should be fun.
