Is there another one due out still? (honest question...I haven't been following along)

Here's the link to the only PC patch I know about:

Just choose "downloads" near the bottom and it's right there.

The consoles are patched to version 1.2, I believe, while the PC is still at 1.1. If I read correctly, the issue is due to handing the patch out to the digital distribution partners like Steam and Gamestop.
