Question on swaying pitches

I'm in year 1 of an offline dynasty. When recruiting, I've noticed that if I successfully sway a particular pitch, it looks like ALL of the pitches that I've previously found his interest in go up by 1 notch. (For example, from Above Average to High, Very Low to Low, etc.) I see this when I check his interest level in my pitches immediately after the call, as well as when I check in the following weeks.

I don't know if this has happened every time, but I know it's happened at least 3 or 4 so far, because it really caught my by surprise the first couple times, since it doesn't seem to make much sense to me.

Has anyone else seen this? Do all the unlocked pitches really go up by 1 notch, or is it just displaying the interest level incorrectly for all those other pitches? In any case, I'm going to start watching this more closely and trying to gather more data to be sure.
