I'd say anything with a 4 man line would be good against a wishbone, although I have not faced such an offense in the game yet.
The key to stopping the wishbone is to not over commit (ie dont commit to early to the qb or the running back). To stop a wishbone, you typically have to blitz around the edge, so if you have two guys blitzing either edge, and the rest in a tight zone or man, you should be all set.
But all and all, it depends on the ablity of your defense in how well they can stop the wishbone.
