punt or kick returns? Anyone?

Has anyone returned a punt of kick to the house? I've played about 10 games online and a handful offline and haven't seen one get even close....starting to worry.

Re: punt or kick returns? Anyone?

I've brought a few kickoffs back.

Punts are a completely different story.

I returned a kickoff and punt on All-American with Jeremy Kerley of TCU. Only one of each though. Its tough to do.

I have been averaging about 7 yards as well. I finally broke off a punt retun for a TD with Travis Benjamin against Pitt. He of course then got hurt with the other 19 players on my team. The best thing I've found so far is to do an all out block. More blocking players have to stay home which provides more space to return the punt.

I have used this strategy for years and always found that I get more return yards using all out punt block than with punt return.

Re: punt or kick returns? Anyone?

I returned a punt in the demo with Miami, and returned a kickoff with Michigan in the retail. In 10, that's how I would get most of my points was returns. Glad the game fixed it this year.

I have returned a kickoff and have come close on a couple of punts. I have no problem with this, it should not be easy to return kicks and punts. Last year there were only 8 players that returned more than one punt for a touchdown with the most being 3 returned, there were 52 players that at least had one punt return for TD, but in perspective that is less than half the returners in college football when you factor in that most teams have two returners. The statistics hold true for kick returns as well.
