Setting up PS3 online dynasty "HELP"

Two question,how do you upload rosters to online dynasty,and how do you voice chat once logged in dynasty? We're trying to set up a online dynasty and can't seem to figure out how to load the rosters,also we can't figure out how to voice chat while in the dynasty.

Last year as soon as you logged into your dynasty you could talk to other members,do you have to press a button this year or what?

That is odd.

I have not messed with this years version, but it was super easy last year.

I would be interested to hear if you have to do anything different.

We have the same problem. We can't figure it out. Once you log in to online dyn menu screen last time it would allow you to talk this year we can't we have to text. If you guys figure out please let me know.

The rosters should be the one's you have loaded when you create it. Not sure about your second question.

I'd also like to know what's up with not being able to hear other users in the Dynasty Hub as of right now.

Maybe they're working on it or it was just omitted, but I'm going crazy trying to figure it out.
