How many teams can be imported to the game on Teambuilder?

12, unless you buy the DLC to get 120. Even then, you can only upload 12 to Dynasty

From what I can tell....the only way to purchase the 120 Fantasy Builder teams pack is to buy the NCAA Power Pack....

for the 360 it's 2400 points ($30) for every add on...(probably the same $$ for the PS3)

If you get a new PS3 system after using the 12 slot code but keep the same username for Live, you still get to keep your 12 slots don't you or am I wrong on that?

120 slots add on is $10.60 with tax. At least you do not have to buy the Mega pack for $30. Geez what a rip though seriously.
