Possible spoiler for new League license in PES 2011?

I was checking out the Football Manager 2010 wiki and found this little nugget of info. Hmmmmm:

1 - Germany's national team is not allowed to be included in the game due to licensing rights being owned by EA Sports' "FIFA" series and Konami's Pro Evolution Soccer, whilst the Japanese J-League and the Japanese national team are not allowed in the game at all due to Konami's purchase of the exclusive rights for their Pro Evolution Soccer series.

I wouldn't mind having a go in the J-League

They are from Wikipedia so don't know how accurate this is, but if the Enhanced edit mode is true, this will blow away FIFA's new creation mode!

I couldn't give 2 ****s about the J-league. I'd rather just have more create-a-team slots where editors can create leagues of their choice. If you really can create an 'unlimited' number of players and teams that would be awesome.
